Here's one way: http://store.apple.com/us/product/M9319G ...
Visit your local electronics store and ask someone who works there. Will probably be more useful because they have adapter / cable to hand so you can watch.

First, you need a mini-DVI to VGA - usually come with the MacBook, or may be at the Apple Store for about $ 20 to receive. If you do that you have a VGA to RCA or S-video adapter cable. S-video will get a better picture. S-Video jack on your TV and use it as a second monitor.

If your computer has an HDMI input, you can also use a mini-DVI to HDMI. This is the best picture. Heep be taken, however, that even a non hidef TV Resolution 1080, that the MacBook will not - do not see as clearly as it yo0ur not on the MacBook.

Good luck!

** EDIT: Oh crap! The adapter for the poster above is sick! No need to get two adapters - this great work up
